As I mentioned on my home page, part of keeping an active and sharp mind is to stimulate your mind by exposing it to different types of brain exercises or mental exercises: jokes, wise sayings, funny pictures, cartoons, . . . The more different mental exercise you expose your mind to, the more different parts of your brain will be exercised. So, visit this page regularly for your free daily dose.
